J'lin Rose, MPA, is a Music Policy Associate with the Music Artists Coalition, working at the intersection of artist rights, consumer protection, and music industry reform. His work includes advancing fair and transparent ticketing practices and ensuring artists and fans are protected by the policies that shape the live music industry.
Drawing from a background in recording arts, public administration, community engagement, and urban planning, he brings a perspective on music policy that is both technically grounded and deeply rooted in community. He is committed to building systems where art, access, and community can thrive, whether through policy, partnerships, or the stories we tell through sound.
