Courtney Collins, MSW, is a Strategic Operations leader with over 15 years of experience dedicated to equity and organizational excellence. Courtney began her career as a third-grade teacher, a foundational experience that fueled a lifelong commitment to fighting alongside historically marginalized communities.

Having served as a Director of Talent Acquisition and a Chief of Staff, Courtney specializes in building the "rhythms of business" that allow visionary leaders to scale their mission. She is more than a builder of systems; she is a driver of results and an impact multiplier who ensures that strategic goals are translated into sustainable movement. Courtney is eager to bring this commitment to the Music Artists Coalition, rooted in the belief that creators must have a seat at the table when decisions impact their livelihoods.
