Ben W. Kramer

Ben W. Kramer is an attorney with Hertz Lichtenstein Young & Polk, LLP, a Los Angeles-based firm at the forefront of the entertainment industry, where he advises musical talent and leads the firm's copyright termination practice. Prior to practicing the law, he spent over a decade in various music industry roles including as a music festival Co-Founder (FYF Fest) and Director (Governors Ball, The Meadows), an early employee at the ticketing platform Eventbrite, an independent record label owner, and (remains) an editor and writer for the popular music and culture website Aquarium Drunkard. A native Manhattanite, he is now a fiercely loyal Dodgers fan.
